This is what everyone should see.
Please keep this in mind when you take your puppies at the age of 8/10 weeks. You can see their bones are far apart and there is not even a hint of contact. You have noticed that all puppies, of any breed, have large flexible legs and wobbly movements. Their joints are completely composed of muscles, tendons, ligaments, covered with skin. Bones cannot fit snugly together until they have a formed joint. Mother Nature has made all puppies mess around and sleep a lot in order to protect the puppy’s bones from deformation.
Every long or tall jump, active game or bouncing run causes a blow between the bones. Reasonable play or exercise is not a problem and is normal joint wear and tear for any animal. But if you make your animal to exercise too hard and intensively, you prevent it from growing normally.
Be aware to let your puppy jump up and down, or run up stairs, or jump out of bed, or take it on long and grueling walks / runs / hikes. You can damage its forming joints. When you let your puppy slide on the tiles, laminate or linoleum, you can again cause joint damage.
One small violation in the formation of a joint is enough to change animal’s lifetime forever. Remember that a well-built body is something that comes not only from excellent feeding and treating, but also from proper upbringing.
After the puppy grows up and becomes a junior, you will have plenty of time to spend active games with it and do more complex exercises. So keep calm and patience while your pet is a small puppy. Make yourself a gift! It can be only once in life when your puppy is so tiny and cute! It is such a short period of time.
Enjoy it.
